Performing arts facilities within schools differ from commercial facilities in that they must be designed with a greater focus on the teaching and learning process. These requirements are significant and the technical production facilities must be designed with this as a priority.

We work extensively with the schools’ building managers, performing arts staff, architects and other consultants to tailor the right technical solutions to suit project needs and budgets. Here are some examples of our current and previous performing arts facility projects .

After the completion of their performing arts hall, CGGS identified the need for upgraded technical production facilities. Auditoria was engaged to design and manage the delivery of the technical facilities upgrade. Our design responsibilities included audio, video, lighting and audiovisual control.

In 2007 City Impact Church officially opened their new building consisting of a new 1800 seat auditorium, meeting rooms, classrooms, a foyer and administration. Auditoria was engaged to design and manage the delivery of the technical facilities for all spaces within the new building. Our design responsibilities included audio, video, staging, lighting and audiovisual control.

NBCS is expanding their facilities with a new multi-purpose hall incorporating practice rooms, dance studios and a theatre stage. There is also a new library, senior study areas and technology classrooms included in this construction project. Our design responsibilities include audio, acoustics, video, lighting, staging and audiovisual control. The facility is due to be completed late 2009.
