Following on from the significant audio survey and report writing completed in 2009, Auditoria was re- engaged by the City of Port Philip Council and the St Kilda Festival to

• Complete a site survey of all noise sources including carnival areas,
• Measure and log along the 1.5km resident boundary,
• Create a report based on the captured material to further develop the noise abatement plan delivered in 2009,
• Review the loud speaker designs.
