In 2009, the City of Port Philip Council and the St Kilda Festival Producers engaged Auditoria to:

• Review all existing sound system designs for all stages within the festival,
• Complete a site survey of all noise sources including carnival areas,
• Measure and log along the 1.5km resident boundary,
• Create a report based on the captured material with recommendations for future festivals and a noise abatement plan moving forward to 2010.
  

Auditoria developed and designed sound systems that are integrated with the noise management plan. This has allowed for the best balance and experience for both the festival goer whilst minimising the impact on the resident.

In 2010 and 2011, Auditoria was re-engaged by the City of Port Philip Council and the St Kilda Festival to:

• Complete a site survey of all noise sources including carnival areas,
• Measure and log along the 1.5km resident boundary,
• Create a report based on the captured material to further develop the noise abatement plan delivered in 2009,
• Review the loudspeaker designs.
