The NSW Rural Fire Service has just completed building a new Headquarters/State Operations Centre in Sydney Olympic Park. The business end of the facility includes an Operations Centre/Situation Room style of fire emergency management space. The audio visual technology in this space, and the whole facility, was designed by Auditoria for the effective communication of information within the service and to the general public. Both the Audiovisual and Broadcast specifications are the responsibility of Auditoria’s Scott Willsallen and Ian Anderson. This facility is leading the way in emergency management situation rooms in Australia for its user-friendly control and information delivery mechanisms. The NSW State Emergency Service and other Rural Fire Services have shown their interest in procuring the design services of Auditoria for future building projects. |
